We are U.S. based company that provides engineering, drafting and design services to architectural metal and glass industry, millwork and structural steel industries.
We’ve decided to create service that is both flexible and reliable. As a consultants we provide outsourced CAD drafting services to building industry professionals, contractors, sub-contractors, engineers, homeowners, interior designers, real estate professionals and a variety of other clientele. The projects we handle could be small or large, and located locally or nationally. We assembled a team of skilled and experienced designers, drafters and engineers. We coordinate our work with Professional Engineers that are licensed in most of the states to ensure our product meets building codes in specific location. We successfully supplied computer aided drafting services on over a hundred different projects. Those projects have included creating laser-to-cad and CNC as-builts for multistory commercial buildings and residential houses, creating construction logistics drawings for the current reconstruction and new projects.
Our Service …
- Analyzing specifications, architectural drawings, and other documentation to prepare shop drawings for approval by individual Clients, Architects, General and Sub-Contractors.
- Coordinate projects with Engineer
- Revising shop drawings based on mark-ups by Client to achieve total approval of the project.
- Providing Field Verification of Existing Condition
- Preparing final record set of shop drawings based on approved mark-ups.
- Developping proper fabrication and installation drawings to be used by project managers and a shop for manufacturing/installation of final product.
- Prepare shop work/job orders
